A Holistic Approach to Acne using Dr. Hauschka products is the fourth and final post in a series of posts on acne that I have written as an introduction to my new program “The Beautiful Skin Solution for Acne”. These posts have given a comprehensive look at understanding acne and I am ending by giving a holistic protocol for blemished skin conditions.

Today, I am going to talk about the Dr. Hauschka products that can help transform your skin. Clearly, acne is a multi-faceted condition that deserves a multi-faceted treatment. A customized, holistic approach supports safe, long-term healing of troubled skin.
The use of Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream in the morning and evening accomplishes several important tasks. Almond meal provides a gentle, daily exfoliation to keep dead skin cells out of the pores while retaining the natural balance of the skin’s hydrolipid mantle (protective layer of oil). Cleansing Cream assists the skin’s own cleansing process and reduces blackhead formation. In the realm of cleansers, this product is unusual in that it contains no soap or detergent.
