Here's a bit of my story.

Two predominant themes stand out when I reflect on the path my life has taken; having acne and being a spiritual seeker.

In regard to my acne, I first sought out forms of treatment that were traditional and readily available from local dermatologists. As I became more and more frustrated with the lack of improvement in my skin, I began seeking alternative methods.

I started to understand the connection between the inner environment (my gut, my mind) and the outer manifestation of dis-ease. As I immersed myself in the world of holistic healing, I cured my acne and in addition, I found my calling. Consequently, I became a Holistic Esthetician and started my holistic skincare business 'Inner Healing Outer Glow'. I also committed to the path of learning all I could about alternative healing.

Trainings Saralee Has Taken

I have spent decades playing in the world of alternative therapies, developing and honing my skills. I have taken MANY classes and courses, but here is a brief summary of some of my major accomplishments.

Reiki Master Practitioner

For as long as I can remember my clients have told me that they experience much more than a facial when they receive a skincare treatment with me. Not only do they leave with a glow, they feel deeply relaxed and calm. This led me to cultivate the energy that was working through me.

I started my journey to become a Reiki Master in 2013. I am committed to working with this energy in an open and respectful manner, acting as a vehicle for healing and transformation.

Crystal Energy Healer

I was introduced to the powerful and healing energy of crystals during a trip to Brazil. After developing a relationship with the crystals, I fell in LOVE with them!

I completed a five-month "Advanced Energy and Crystal Healer Training". There are crystals in every room of my house now. As my collection of crystals continues to grow, I continue to open, expand and learn from them.

Sound Healer

The missing piece to my offerings became clear to me in a moment of divine inspiration. Combining Reiki with the crystals and sound is the perfect healing trinity. You can read more about the Healing Energy Treatment that I created here. I started reading and listening to all I could find about the subject of Sound Healing.

I completed an intensive "Sound, Healing and Consciousness" training. Also, I purchased a beautiful set of crystal singing bowls that I immediately bonded with. The combination of the quartz crystals coupled with the angelic sound of the bowls makes my body relax instantly. I am SO excited to share their relaxing and powerful energy with you.

At the beginning of 2020, I started learning and incorporating tuning forks in my treatments, training privately with the incredible Penny Mahoney, Biofield Tuning Researcher. The tuning forks offer a potent way of clearing and bringing balance to your energy field.

Holistic Esthetician

Since 1998, I have been a Licensed Esthetician in the state of MA. I am certified as a Dr.Hauschka skincare specialist. For 15 years, I worked at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health as one of their “seasoned” estheticians. Working in my private practice for over 20 years, I have helped thousands of people with their acne, rosacea and maturing skin issues.
