Welcome to the first in this video series “A Journey Through the Chakras – The Root Chakra”. Each month we will bring our attention and intention to a particular chakra in an effort to bring healing and alignment to our energy body.
I’m doing things a little differently with this video series as I will be posting them on another website called “Elephant Journal”. They used to be a magazine that was carried in Whole Foods, but now they are an independent online community that focuses on mindful living. They are dedicated to bringing together those working (and playing) to create enlightened society. Blog posts and videos are made by the community. And I am part of the community!

In addition to this video, I will be hosting an in-house 20-minute meditation on the first Sat. of the month that will focus on bringing balance to that particular chakra. The meditation will include a crystal grid and the beautiful tone of the Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl.
This first meditation gathering for the Root Chakra will be held on Sat. March 7th at 4:00 at my house. (I am curious if mornings would work better for you?)
