Back to school,  back to rhythm time!

Summer is all about letting loose and going with the flow. Even though I am not in academia, I live in what is known as the 5 College area, and I definitely feel the shift that September brings. I welcome the opportunity to fall back in to a rhythm. Back to healthy routines. Back to business!
