I am just wrapping up a wild and exciting week with the Crystal Healing Summit.
Wow! The enthusiasm you all have about these sweet little beauties really blows me away.
Based on my experience of the past week, I thought it apropos to choose an I Am statement that would help slow things down a bit and get me back in to some sort of normalcy. And I’m pretty sure that I am not the only one who can benefit from this… Are you feeling a bit stressed? Perhaps all the craziness of life has got you worked up and feeling anxious. The I AM statement for the month of November is I AM Calm.
Just saying the word calm feels good.
Let’s see if we can all take a big collective inhale and exhale. Consciously breathing really does help to calm things down. Now let’s add a crystal to this breathing and the crystal that wants to assist us in calming down is Lepidolite.
