I started this “I AM” series at the beginning of the year in an effort to challenge my limiting beliefs and expand my vision of “Who I am”, in an effort to embody a new belief system and identity.
I can honestly say that this year has really brought a lot of shifts as I continue to transform my limiting beliefs and think bigger. This is my vision for you as well and for our world in general. And I trust that you have also shifted in big ways, both known and unknown.
Now here we are at the last month of the year and I found myself struggling between two different “I AM” statements. After much deliberation, I chose one, wrote down some thoughts on it, chose the crystal to represent and then… boom. I was hit with Divine inspiration and everything changed. I realized the reason I was struggling was because the “I AM” statement that completes this series was neither of those two. It is so obvious now it makes me chuckle.
It occurred to me that what we had been building up to all year, the grand finale of this series is the statement,
I AM “fill in your first name”!
I invite you to stand firmly, wherever you are and state with confidence and conviction I AM “fill in your first name”! Bask in the glory that is YOU! Let go and courageously embody your authentic, unique and unabashed self.
In choosing a crystal this month, I thought it would be fun if you got to play, and choose a crystal for yourself. What crystal best represents YOU right now?
It is not for me to say. It is for you to go before your crystal friends, state your “I Am “fill in your first name” out loud and see where your eyes go, where your energy goes, what lights you up. This is the crystal that wants to work with you right now.
I can and did however, pick a crystal that can help in a more general way this month, to empower and support you on your journey.
And that crystal is Blue Lace Agate. She has a very gentle and calming energy. She wants to help instill clarity of thought, and to help open your throat chakra so that your communication can be clearer, balanced and in alignment with your Highest Self.
