Happy New Year Friends!

And welcome to my new “I Am” Crystal Video Series for 2022.

I know that the last few years have brought huge challenges for all of us.
And with these challenges came shifts, some conscious and some unconscious.

Although every minute of every day brings us the opportunity to recreate ourselves, this especially seems true at the start of a new year.

For me personally, the past few years have really been more focused on my inner work more than my outer work as I haven’t been able to see so many clients. It has challenged my belief of “who I thought I am”. Am I an esthetician? Am I a Healer? How do I want to express myself? What brings me joy? What meaningful work do I want to do to contribute to the world?

All of this led me, once again, to this knowing… As I let go of my limiting beliefs and expand my “vision” of who I think I am, I create new possibilities and a new way of being and living.

This goes beyond just cognitive awareness. This means embodying a new belief system and identity. A way that is more intuitively led. A way that is more connected to Source energy.

So with this in mind, and to help assist with this expanded vision of “Who I am”, I have come up with a new idea for this year’s video series.
I am calling it the “I Am” Crystal Video Series for 2022.

This involves:

an intentional exchange of energy with the world around you.
connection beyond physical form.
a Sacred connection with your Spirit.
conscious alignment of your thoughts.
a deep desire to “Be The Light” in the world.
This involves a commitment to yourself and your well-being.

Are you with me? Can you feel the energy?!

Here’s what it will look like.

Each month, I will present an “I Am” phrase that when focused on, will help elevate our energy and attune us to a higher frequency. I will pair each phrase with a crystal and let our crystal allies teach us a new way of connecting with their energy.
What better way to start off the new year than with this “I Am” statement:

I am healthy.
