Summer Time Tips

As the temperatures climb, here are some summer time tips to keep you feeling fresh and confident.

Dr. Hauschka’s Silk Body Powder’s main ingredient is fine Silk powder and Rice starch,  combined with extracts of Gentian and Sage. These absorbent, antibacterial and purifying properties help the entire body feel fresh and clean. I recommend using it before Rose or Sage Mint Deodorant to keep dry and fresh throughout the day. Silk Body Powder can also be used as a face powder or dry shampoo.

Summer’s heat can rev up oil production, but for some it can exacerbate irritating conditions like flaking and redness of the scalp. Revitalizing Hair and Scalp Tonic strengthens hair as it calms and balances an excessively dry or oily scalp with soothing Neem leaf, Arnica and  Birch Bark. This great product helps with increased manageability for unruly hair on humid days!

The sun can feel SO  good and healing at times, however, we need to limit the amount we get. If you’ve gone overboard, soothe your sunburned skin with Rose Nurturing Body Oil or Rose Nurturing Body Cream. Smooth it on sun scorched, irritated skin for a nurturing, moisturizing feeling. Skip the soap and use Rose Nurturing Body Wash for a gentle, hydrating shower.

See the theme here? Yes the lovely rose.

Hope this information helps you stay cool and look beautiful!
