Tennis as my Guru – again

I just finished playing tennis with my husband.

I had a team of supporters with me today (in my head). In between each serve, I was getting a download of positive reinforcements from Source. It was like having an entire cheerleading squad rooting me on from the sidelines shouting “you can do this!”

One voice, in particular, was telling me “Stop being so hard on yourself. Pay attention to how you talk to yourself. Celebrate the small wins. When you allow yourself to receive the joy of these small wins, it opens you up to receive more.”

I found myself smiling as I went to serve. I found this voice inside myself cheering me on and telling me what a good job I was doing. I was loving myself and having fun!

The concept of “allowing and opening to receive”  has been something I have been paying attention to for a while. I just never applied it to tennis😊 I usually am thinking in bigger terms, in bigger situations.

This showed me how I can apply this to everthing I do, every minute of every day; Pay attention to my thoughts, be kind to myself, open and allow myself to receive the gifts of The Universe.

Perhaps this is a message that you can relate to and can benefit from hearing right now?

From one of your biggest cheerleaders, I am in your corner shouting “You are awesome and you can do this!”
